The Prince Albert Professional Chuckwagon & Chariot Assoc. Inc. is a non-profit organization, which was formed in the fall of 1976 by a few local chuckwagon & chariot drivers. Today the PAPCCA has grown to become one of the largest chuckwagon & chariots associations in North America. The PAPCCA compete's in communities accross Saskatchewan.
