Randy and his wife Cheryl  make their home near Melfort, Sask. They have 3 children, daughter Jamie and 2 sons, Kevin and Chris. Randy’s interest and fondness of horses enticed him to the track in 2000. Randy enjoyed chariot racing but with some encouragement from friends in 2006 decided to add a little more excitement to life by putting together a wagon team. With a couple of minor wrecks he has never looked back.His most memorable moment in his wagon racing career is making the top 10 for the first time. When Randy is off the track you can often find him team roping, team penning and encouraging his wife and daughter in barrel racing.
